Google Business Profile · London

When someone nearby Googles your trade, be the firm they ring.

Most calls from Google go to the three firms in the map box — the ones with recent reviews and a profile Google trusts. For London roofers, plumbers and heating engineers, electricians and cleaning companies, we do that work every week and send you a plain-English report each month.

£179 a month. No setup fee. Three-month start, then 30 days' notice.

Why reviews decide who gets the call

Customers find you on Google Maps, then judge you by your reviews.

Word of mouth still brings the work, but almost everyone you are recommended to looks you up first. What they see in the map box decides whether they ring you or the firm next to you.

47%of consumers won't use a business with fewer than 20 reviews
74%only pay attention to reviews from the last three months
89%expect the owner to reply to reviews

Founding clients
£99 / month for the first 3 months

For the first three London firms that join. In return, we publish your before-and-after numbers as a case study, with your approval.

Then £179 a month. Same work, same report.

Work guaranteedIf we miss an item on the monthly work list, the next month is free.
Nothing locked inYou are the owner of your Google profile; we are a manager. Leave after month three and keep everything.
No promises we can't keepWe don't promise first place, a number of calls, or a number of reviews. Distance to the customer is Google's biggest factor, and nobody controls it.
Why £179 and not £500?

Twenty-five years of this work are written down as a fixed weekly process. AI tools do the heavy lifting inside it: pulling the numbers, drafting posts and replies, watching your profile and your competitors for changes. I check and approve every item before it goes anywhere near your profile. You get senior attention without agency overhead, and the price reflects that.

Who it's for

One firm per trade in each area, so we never work for your competitor.

A good fit

  • Roofers, plumbers and heating engineers, electricians and cleaning companies in Greater London
  • Limited companies with roughly 3 to 15 people and steady work
  • Owners who want more of the right jobs, not a marketing project
  • Firms that already do good work and simply don't get asked for reviews

Not a fit

  • Anyone who wants bought reviews, filtered reviews or incentives for 5 stars. We don't do it; Google and UK law forbid it.
  • Anyone who needs a guarantee of first place on Google
  • Builders and renovation firms, for now
  • A second firm in a trade and area we already look after

Andy Veselov, founder and director of First Call Digital Ltd

I have worked in digital marketing since 2001: I founded a performance-marketing agency, grew it to more than 50 people and exited in 2014, and have worked since then as an independent consultant for UK and US businesses, in paid search, SEO and now visibility in AI search. First Call Digital is the narrow, specialised version of that work: Google profiles and reviews for London trades and cleaning companies, done properly every week.

  • More than 200 client businesses since 2001, in the UK and the US.
  • Results and client names from the UK and the US are shared on a call, not published here. Ask and I'll walk you through them.
  • Currently looking after the Google profiles of a builder in south-west London and a clinic in Canary Wharf; their before-and-after numbers go up here as they come in.
  • You deal with me directly. No account manager, no hand-off.

Questions

Asked by most trades before they start.

How do you get reviews without breaking any rules?

By asking every customer, at the right moment, in a way that takes them 60 seconds. We never buy reviews, never filter out unhappy customers, never offer money or discounts for a review, and never let staff or family write them. Google's policy and the UK's Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act both forbid that, and a suspended profile costs far more than slow growth.

What do you need from me?

Ten minutes a month, a note of the jobs you've finished so we can ask those customers, and a few photos of real work. We write everything else and send it for your approval.

What if I don't get new reviews in the first month?

Then something in the process is wrong and we fix it immediately, usually the moment the request goes out. The first result we aim for is new reviews within 30 days; map positions follow over one to three months.

Will you get me to number one on Google?

Nobody honest can promise that. The biggest factor is how close your business is to the person searching. What we can promise is the work: the list of what gets done each week and a report against your starting numbers each month.

Who owns the profile, the photos and the text?

You do. You stay the owner of your Google Business Profile; we are added as a manager and removed the day you ask. Everything we write or upload stays with you.

Why is it so much cheaper than an agency?

Because the process is fixed and most of the routine work inside it is done by AI tools I've set up over the last two years: data, drafts, monitoring. What you pay for is the 25 years of judgement that decides what goes out, and a person who checks every item before it does. Nothing is posted or sent in your name without being read first.

Do you work with builders or with firms outside London?

Not at the moment. We work with roofers, plumbers and heating engineers, electricians and cleaning companies in Greater London, one firm per trade per area. If your trade or area is already taken, we'll tell you straight away.
